​​​EMMELINE GARINGALAO is the Co-founder of Have Homes.  She finished Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Management with academic scholarships, Jose Rizal award, and loyalty awards under her belt.  She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been in service with DMCI Homes for a productive 15 years and counting.  Her main purpose as a broker is to be able to help you in making your dream home a reality in the easiest and most hassle-free way possible.
