Premier Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes is set to widen its footprint in Eastern Metro Manila with a new project adjacent to its top-selling residential condominium development Prisma Residences in Pasig Boulevard, Pasig City.
DMCI Homes Assistant Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said the new two-tower project is planned to rise in the 1.3-hectare lot beside Prisma Residences in Brgy. Bagong Ilog, Pasig City. Prisma Residences, DMCI Homes’ three-tower development along Pasig Boulevard in Brgy. Bagong Ilog, Pasig City is now down to the last 214 units as demand for residential spaces remain high in the area.
As of August 22 this year, the three towers of the two-hectare resort-inspired property is 94 percent sold, generating total reservation sales of P11.4 billion. The consistent strong sales of Prisma Residences since the first tower was launched in 2017 is attributed to the continued high residential demand in the area as pointed out by property consultancy firms. Premier Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has unveiled its newest residential condominium development in Pasay City as it hopes to replicate the sales success of its previous projects in the area.
Boasting of a strategic location near major business districts in the metro, DMCI Homes is optimistic that the new project called Aston Residences will generate good interest not just from end-users but also investors who are counting on big returns from competitive rental income and capital appreciation potential. Kai Garden Residences, DMCI Homes’ first Japanese architecture-inspired condominium development, has proven to be a hit among property hunters, enjoying consistent strong sales since it was launched last year. As of February 10 this year, the three-tower development in M. Vicente Street, Mandaluyong City has recorded P13.3 billion in reservation sales amid big interest from both homebuyers and investors. The development is already 88 percent sold, with only 383 units left of the total unit inventory.
Since it was put in the market early last year, Kai Garden Residences has been a consistent monthly top-seller and was among DMCI Homes’ best-selling projects in 2018. "The robust sales of Kai Garden Residences is encouraging. It inspires us to continue to come up with new products that prioritize the discriminating taste and preferences of our customers," DMCI Homes Senior Vice President for Sales Florante Ofrecio said. Reasonably priced at P4.6 million onwards, the units with gross floor area ranging from 28 to 81.5 square meters (sq.m.) are targeted for completion in January 2023 for Sugi building, January 2024 for Icho building, and from June 2024 to January 2025 (depending on the floor level) for Hinoki building. |
