FIRST STEPS in securing your preferred DMCI properties

SO EASY!!!  Reservation is now ONLINE for your convenience.

Accomplish the Following:

1.  Online Client Registration:  Click link to register:  DMCI Homes Client Registration

Note:
  • This gives you an access to the real-time unit and parking availability.
  • This requires front and back photos of your passport.
  • Registration expires within 30 days.  Upon expiration, you can reregister whenever necessary.
  • Registration is not reservation.  It does not bind you to any investment.  To officially reserve and finally own a property, one must submit the complete requirements.

2.  Reservation Fee/s -- Online Payment via Debit/Credit Card or BPI Online Banking:​​ 

DMCI Homes Exclusive Projects (High-end)
  • Condominium Unit = P50,000
  • Single Car Parking = P20,000

DMCI Homes Projects (Standard)
  • Condominium Unit = P20,000
  • Tandem Unit (two units combined) = P40,000
  • Single Parking (car/motorcycle) = P10,000
  • Tandem Parking = P20,000

Note:
  • Reservation payment link will be emailed to you after registration and unit/ parking holding.

3.  Online Reservation Agreement Form with Tax Identification Number.

4.  Scanned Copy of your Valid Government-issued IDs with 3 Specimen Signatures (Passport, Driver's License, Unified ID, PRC ID, SSS)

​Other Requirements ​​

You may submit the requirements listed below within 5 days after reservation:
  1. Signed Computations
  2. Proof of Billing
  3. Clients' Selfie while holding the IDs submitted
  4. Proof of Account, if applicable
  5. Certificate of Marriage and/or Birth Certificate, if applicable

Helpful Tips

  • The reservation fee is non-refundable and is valid for thirty (30) calendar days only.
  • There may be additional requirements depending on buyer's situation or preference.
  • As per company policy, there shall only be one broker per buyer.  For a stress-free owning experience, transparency is highly recommended.
