Derived from the Japanese word meaning “to awaken,” ‘Satori’ is a feeling of sudden intuitive enlightenment in Zen Buddhism.
Inspired by this concept of finding one’s inner peace amidst the chaos of everyday living, DMCI Homes has launched Satori Residences, a five-building development primed to be a place of harmony and balance along the bustling Santolan, Pasig district in Eastern Metro.
The resort-inspired development along F. Pasco Avenue is ideal for people who want to be conveniently connected to everything that matters but sheltered from the pressures of hectic city life.
Just a stone’s throw away from the Santolan station of the LRT Recto Avenue-Masinag, Antipolo line, a holistic lifestyle awaits homeowners with multiple access going in and out of Eastwood and Ortigas business centers, top universities like UP and Ateneo, and other places of interest in the city.
Additionally, the property’s excellent proximity to shopping malls as well as lifestyle venues, department stores and restaurants, ensures loads of recreational activities for the whole family.
At Satori Residences, one can find quiet contentment while having a leisurely stroll around an expansive open space which constitutes 70 percent of the 2.9-hectare development.
Residents can just enjoy being in the moment in the lounge area, pool complex, landscaped atriums, tree court and jogging path or spend quality time with family and friends at the gazebo, children’s playground, game room, basketball court, audio-visual room, fitness gym, function hall, and picnic grove.
Portraying a harmonious blend with the tranquil gardens and lush green spaces are the five neo-Asian minimalist architecture themed-buildings - Amani, Hacana, Lana, Rahu and Yasu - which all feature DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Design Technology.
The design innovation uses three-storey high Sky Patios, garden atriums and single-loaded hallways to let natural light penetrate the building’s common areas and allow fresh air to circulate within the condo’s residential floors—saving energy expenses and making vertical living not confining.
An additional source of delight is the breathtaking view of the mountains of Antipolo which is best observed from the roof-decks of Hacana and Rahu buildings.
Reasonably priced at P3.35 million onwards, Satori Residences’ offers a mix of finely-crafted 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom unit with gross floor area ranging from 27.50 to 82 square meters (sq.m.).
All residential units, made out of the quality workmanship of the country’s first Quadruple A developer, are equipped with fire alarm and sprinkler system as well as provisions for CATV, metered utility, and telephone line.
For added comfort and convenience, a team of property management professionals will oversee the day-to-day needs of residents including the upkeep and 24/7 security of the exclusive community.
On the other hand, all residential buildings will have passenger elevators, mailbox area, garbage room, deck utility, provision for CCTV cameras, and standby electric generator.
The development will also have a laundry station, convenience store, and water refilling station, letting residents enjoy the benefits of modern living.
Two of the residential buildings, namely Hacana and Lana, are targeted for turnover to unit owners in February 2023 and August 2023 respectively.

DMCI Homes, the country's first Quadruple A developer, has partnered with major telecommunications firm Globe Telecom to bring the benefits of digital lifestyle to its condominium communities.
Under the memorandum of agreement signed at the DMCI Homes Corporate Center in Makati City last July 11, DMCI Homes unit owners will now be eligible to avail Globe At Home Trial Plan 1899 Internet subscription package for free for the first two months upon move-in in selected DMCI Homes properties. These include The Birchwood, Mirea Residences, Asteria Residences, Sheridan Towers, Lumiere Residences, Viera Residences and Ivory Wood.
The plan comes with a 50Mbps speed with 600GB data allocation. Originally set as a 24-month plan, DMCI Homes’ homeowners and residents have an option to continue upon the expiry of the trial period. The package is also bundled with a free landline telephone set with NDD enabled facility for Globe and Touch Mobile.
Additionally, Globe Telecom also waived installation and modem for the convenience of unit owners availing the package.
“When you move into a home there are so many things that you worry about like where are you going to buy furniture, who’s going to do the interior design, you’re going to be unpacking so many things. The last thing you want to worry about is Internet because these days it’s something that people need,” Globe’s GTM and Business Development Director for Broadband Michelle Fernandez-Castillo said.
“It’s almost as staple as electricity or water. So when you move in, of course you don’t want to move into a home without electricity or without Internet. With this partnership, we can make sure that everything is convenient from the get go. You will have a seamless move-in experience and you will really enjoy your new home,” she continued.
Recognizing Globe Telecom as a quality brand and an advocate of digital lifestyle in the country, DMCI Homes Property Management Corporation (DPMC) operations manager Frederick Rapiñan expressed confidence that the agreement will help DMCI Homes attain its goal to be the best provider of residential communities designed to create quality lifestyle among residents.
"This project is a welcome development for our properties especially for the newly opened properties last year 2017. It will help our unit owners have more options for their Internet access. So this is a very good project for our unit owners," he said.
The partnership also plans to provide more convenience to DMCI Homes unit owners in the future through various mobile and cashless transactions.
Castillo said aside from providing fast Internet access, the company will be helping DMCI Homes communities enjoy the convenience of a digital lifestyle.
"There are a lot of things we are cooking up together with DMCI Homes, aside from being able to deliver fast Internet to all of their condominiums, we’ll also going to be helping them have cashless transactions in their condo communities since Globe is purveyor of a digital lifestyle," Castillo said.
"So we’re not just about home Internet but also total connectivity and we hope that this partnership with DMCI Homes will start to change the lives of so many Filipinos, making their lives more convenient and ultimately they will really enjoy the benefits of connectivity while living in a world-class location," she added.

DMCI Homes’ The Celandine residential condominium development in A. Bonifacio Avenue, Balintawak, Quezon City has been enjoying brisk sales in recent months amidst flourishing trade and ongoing infrastructure projects in the area.
Properties in Balintawak have been an attractive investment vehicle owing to the ongoing urban redevelopment in the Cloverleaf interchange area and the upcoming completion of the Skyway extension project which is anticipated to cut travel time to Gil Puyat Avenue in Makati from 2 hours to less than 30 minutes.
As of March 31, 2018, The Celandine has recorded P3.2 billion projected sales, with investors comprising a good part of the buyers.
The area’s auspicious vibe has been drawing entrepreneurs to live and do business in the area, putting up rows of restaurants and retail shops in the Banawe Street commercial district.
With The Celandine’s strategic location in the Balintawak-Muñoz growth district of Quezon City, the single 45-level residential tower development presents an attractive proposition not just for investors but for end-users as well.
The modern contemporary architecture-inspired development, which is set to be completed in October 2021, is conveniently located near a shopping mall and other forthcoming commercial establishments and offices in the Cloverleaf interchange area.
It is also minutes away from passenger rail lines including the eagerly-anticipated MRT-7 which will run from North Avenue, Quezon City to San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, that give easy access to top universities and government agencies in the metropolis.
All these conveniences combined with the rejuvenating atmosphere in the resort-inspired development, make the property conducive for the multifaceted development of residents
Featuring DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Design Technology, The Celandine affords more breathing spaces for residents by virtue of Sky Patios and breezeways that allow natural lighting and airflow to permeate the building.
Single-loaded hallways and atrium gardens, which are also components of the proprietary design technology, on the other hand, create wide open feel to the building interior.
First-rate amenities such as swimming pool complex, themed gardens, open lawn, jogging trail, basketball court, gazebos, fitness gym, lounge areas, snack bar, audiovisual room, function room, game area and sky lounge, meanwhile, render a resort-like atmosphere in the exclusive gated community.

DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A developer, launched on February 14 the fourth and final building of its Verdon Parc development in Davao City amidst bright prospects for the real estate industry in urban areas outside Metro Manila.
The construction of the 22-level residential tower Maurin completes the masterplan of the four-building development along Ecoland Drive corner Peacock Street in Davao City which is DMCI Homes initial foray into the Mindanao property market.
The first three buildings Martel, Belvedere, and Trevans have been a hit among end-users and investors alike owing to the development’s resort feel and proximity to commercial establishments, educational institutions, places of worship, hospitals and government agencies in downtown Davao.
As of January 28, Verdon Parc’s first three buildings have sold a combined 837 units worth a total of P2.76B.
“As reflected by Verdon Parc’s consistent strong sales performance, more and more Davaoeños are seeing residential condos as versatile solutions to urban living challenges,” DMCI Homes Assistant Vice-President for Marketing Jan Venturanza said.
“They have come to appreciate the conveniences of condo living which is also evident in the vibrant and thriving condo market in Davao,” he added.
Maurin, which is targeted for completion in October 2021, offers a mix of spacious 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units ideal for start-up families and young professionals.
The units with gross floor area ranging from 28 to 56.5 square meters (sq.m.) are reasonably priced at P2.9 million onwards.
Designed with DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt Technology, Maurin, like Belvedere and Trevans will have sky patios which allow ambient light and fresh air to permeate the building and all unit spaces within.
Single-loaded hallways and garden atriums which are also components of the design innovation, on the other hand, not only improve aesthetics but also give a wide open feel to the building interior.
The roof-deck of the three towers also provide an excellent vantage point to appreciate the scenic and serene surroundings of Davao City that include the awe-inspiring views of Samal Island and Mt. Apo.
All these building features plus a wide range of resort-inspired amenities such as kiddie pool, lap pool, gazebo, fitness gym, open lawn, entertainment room, children’s play area, podium deck area and other leisure zones complete the resort-inspired living experience at Verdon Parc.

Residents of Lumiere Residences in Pasig City recently got a taste of DMCI Homes’ renowned community warmth and togetherness during a welcome party hosted by the country’s first Quadruple A developer for new unit owners.
DMCI Homes President Alfredo R. Austria himself initiated the holding of the activity believing that building a community entails a harmonious relationship among residents.
“It’s always difficult to build a good community because it is not just about having good structures and facilities. It’s also about having harmonious relationships among the unit owners and having shared vision and so on,” Austria told over a hundred unit owners who gathered at the sky lounge of Lumiere Residences’ East Tower.
“We are here to build the community. And this requires us working together,” he stressed.
After Sheridan Towers, Lumiere Residences was the second DMCI Homes development to hold the community socials dubbed as “Home At Last” which serves as a venue for newly moved-in residents to get to know their fellow unit owners as well as DMCI Homes officers.
Austria said building best value homes and communities has been the company’s commitment to society in accordance with the ideals laid down by the late DMCI Group founder, Engr. David M. Consunji.
“This is part of the DMCI creed made by our founder David M. Consunji. In his creed, he said that we don’t look at this as a business, but we look at it as a profession,” the DMCI Homes president said.
“It’s our way of hopefully doing something for society, to the community that we live in. We think that if we are able to create value for the community that we live in then at least we have fulfilled some purpose in our lives,” he explained.
.As in other residential condominium communities, DMCI Homes Property Management Corporation (DPMC) Senior Vice-President Enrico C. Wong said he wants residents of Lumiere Residences to develop a sense of community and learn to become responsible for each other.
“In our experience in property management over the past few years, there are physical issues or house rule issues. But more often than not, the bigger issues are between communities, between residents, and between neighbors,” Wong said.
“And one of the things we think that will make the property appreciate and become really a source of pride is because the people who live there are good people,” he pointed out.
Unit owners were introduced to DMCI Homes officers from the Post Construction Group, Property Management Office, Customer Care, and Leasing to facilitate their easy transition into their new community as they enjoyed a night of fun and good music.
Margie, one of the unit owners, thanked DMCI Homes for initiating the event and making residents feel that they belong to a community.
“I like this activity because I was able to meet my fellow residents and make new friends. I don’t feel alone. It’s like I really belong to a community,” she said.
Lumiere Residences is a three-tower development along Pasig Boulevard corner Shaw Boulevard in Pasig City. Residents started accepting their units at the East Tower of the modern tropical architecture-themed development last September 2017.
The West Tower, on the other, hand will be ready for occupancy (RFO) middle of 2018.
DMCI Homes is the pioneer and the best developer of quality, affordable, resort-style condominiums and house & lots in the Philippines.
